Product Description
This is a kind of 0.5mm thickness thin S.S wire reinforced
fiberglass fabric with a formulated polyurethane aluminum polymer
which provides a heat reflecting surface as well as other
properties for the manufacturer of smoke curtain, heat shield and
other types of fire control systems.
Why we used 316/V4A stainless instead of 304 wire?
Type 304 stainless steel is the most common stainless steel
formulation used in industrial and consumer applications. Alloyed
with chromium and nickel, 304 is resistant to many corrosion
attacks.
316 stainless steel is similar in chemical composition to 304 but
also contains molybdenum. This addition makes it more resistant to
corrosion.
In other words, 316 steel wire has higher tensile strength than
304, can provide higher temperature resistance, and can improve
service life in harsh environments
