Sleeving
Silicone Rubber Coated Sleeving is made of braided fiberglass
material that is coated in silicone rubber. This combination
creates an extremely flexible and strong sleeving material that is
ideal for many different applications. Common uses for Silicone
Rubber Coated Sleeving can be found in appliances,
motors, and generators. This type of sleeving is often seen in
industries such as automotive, marine, aircraft, electrical, and
more. This type of sleeving is beneficial in all applications where
the material is exposed to very high or low temperatures,
heavy-duty work, high altitude, as well as applications where
conformity is necessary.

Continuous Operating Temperature: -65 ° C - 260 ° C
15-20 minutes: 1090 ° C
15-30 seconds: 1650 ° C

Features:
Silicone Coated Rubber Sleeve has high tear strength, a slight
expansion for easy installation, excellent flex life, and fatigue
resistance. The operating temperature range is –103°F to 428°F.
Application:
It is ideal for high-temperature insulation needs. Typically used
as a protective covering for automotive wire harnesses and ABS
brake wiring. It is also used for aerospace and aircraft wiring
leads and for covering leads on extrusion plastic molding,
die-casting machinery, and presses.
